Ride Policy & Terms of Service

Absolute Transport Services LLC ("ATS," "we," "our," or "us") provides non-emergency medical transportation services. By scheduling or using our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Scheduling Services

All transportation services must be scheduled in advance. We make every effort to accommodate requested times; however, exact pickup times are not guaranteed due to traffic, weather, and prior appointments.

2. Cancellations and No-Shows

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in a fee equal to a one-way trip
• No-shows may also be subject to a one-way charge

3. Wait Time

Drivers will wait a reasonable amount of time at pickup locations. Extended wait times may result in additional charges or rescheduling.

4. Client Responsibility

Clients must:

• Be ready at the scheduled pickup time
• Provide accurate pickup and drop-off information
• Ensure safe conditions for transport

5. Safety and Conduct

For the safety of all:

• Seatbelts must be worn at all times
• Drivers reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe
• Respectful behavior is required during transport

6. Medical Disclaimer

• ATS provides transportation services only. We do not provide medical care or assistance beyond safe transport.

7. Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure safe transportation, ATS is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. 

8. Payment

Payment terms may vary depending on whether services are provided through an agency, insurance, or private pay.

Private-Pay clients are responsible for all applicable cancellation and no-show fees.

9. Agreement

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
